Nepal: early morning in Bakhtapur

It has been a little while since I posted my last pictures from Nepal. It’s been so busy! And there were a lot of other fun projects! But I have not forgotten about my Nepal images. I find that every now and then, when I have a quiet moment, I go back and edit one or two images.

In my last blogpost we had just arrived in Bakhtapur. The images in that post were all taken on that afternoon. That evening we dined in a small hotel, while outside it rained cats and dogs. The temperature dropped significantly all of a sudden. I ate the worst Spaghetti Carbonara ever. And to top the evening of, my hotel room was next door to some kind of party centre, where the band was literally on the other side of a very thin wall. Fortunately the rain ended that party by 1 PM, so I could get some sleep!

We rose early the next morning to catch the sunrise and the market activity. It was cold, but the light was beautiful. Here are some of the images I took there. I have edited them not as a whole collection, but as seperate images. Which means you’ll enjoy them more if you click then and see them larger…
